If there is an issue with your order (such as damage during transit, incorrect items received, or missing items), please contact us at hello@fro-ology.co within 7 days of delivery.
Store Credit
When applicable, we do offer store credit at our discretion.
Store credit:
- Has no cash value
- Cannot be refunded or transferred
- May be used toward a future Fro.ology® purchase
No Returns or Refunds
At Fro.ology®, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds to the original form of payment, including for gift cards.
